How do I get my sales file? eBay · Vinted · Depop
Depop
  1. Open Selling Hub → Stats → “Download sales”.
  2. Each file covers 3 months, so grab a few if you’ve been selling longer.
  3. Drop them in one at a time and we’ll merge them, skipping anything already imported.
eBay
  1. Open Seller Hub → Reports → Orders.
  2. Choose the date range you want, then download the CSV.
  3. Drop that file in above.
Vinted
  1. Vinted has no export button. That’s half the reason this app exists.
  2. Settings → Privacy → request a copy of your data, and Vinted emails you a file.
  3. Or use “Add a sale by hand” below and copy them from your Wallet history.
Other
  1. Any CSV works if it has a date, an item name and a price column.
  2. Fees and postage columns are optional, but add them and your profit gets sharper.
  3. We’ll show you the columns we found so you can confirm them before importing.
